Shipping Policy

Shipping Provider:
All orders are shipped via Australia Post and, where applicable, their international postal partners.

Order Processing Time:
Whispers From Yonder operates on a monthly dispatch cycle for subscription services. 

All snail mail letters are prepared throughout the month and posted on the last day of each month. Each letter is wrapped and prepared by hand, with care and intention.

Thank you for your patience while your letter is thoughtfully created, packed and sent on its way at the end of the month.

Shipping times and rates will be individually noted in the description on "special/occasional" offerings from time to time. These will be limited time offerings, such a distant card readings etc.

Shipping Rates:
Australia (Domestic):
Shipping is included in the monthly subscription fee of $15.95 AUD.

International:
Shipping is not included in the monthly subscription fee of $15.95 AUD. The extra cost of $7.50 AUD includes international shipping and helps cover higher overseas postal costs.

Delivery Time frames:
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, postal conditions and seasonal delays.

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery time frames are outside our control.
